Research & Development Centre

Competition is increasing day by day in the local and international market and the demand for executives who can manage the resources effectively and efficiently is on an upward trend. Business Process Reengineering, Restructuring, Globalization, W.T.O, ISO 9000 System and E-Commerce are compelling organizations to alter their approach and overhaul the organizational hierarchy. Managers are expected to be conversant with the latest techniques and tools of management. Resource Based Economy’s have become Knowledge Based Economy’s and capacity building is the buzz word for 21st Century. The emphasis from Hardware (infrastructure) Development has transcended to Software Development i.e. skill enhancement and focusing on systems, processes and delivery mechanism.

Management consultancy is growing globally in rapid proportions. Management consultancy services are thus vitally important because it help the companies to earn high profits, improve systems and revamp structures without any long term financial obligations.

Other than training needs there is a need of research and development, as the commercial world has realized the value of investment into research and development. Organizations are earning millions through research and development and by developing Research Data Bases.

Introduction

The idea of the Research and Development Center is based on the vision to train individuals and organizations in a way that they can position themselves among the top echelons in the local and international market.

Research and Development Center analyzes the training needs of the organizations in the public and private market. It is providing the training of the latest management paradigms and customized training modules which are client oriented, focusing on specialized capacity building.

Research and Development Center has developed a Research Division, which benefits the organization itself and groups from outside the organization. The institute also conducts customized surveys, research studies, report writing, event management and independent consultancies. Research and Development Center has a comprehensive knowledge resource base which can be utilized for specific requirements and tailored according to customer needs.

Executive Development Division

Executive Development Division had involved itself to train people according to the market requirements. The Executive Development Division is performing the following:

  • Customized Module Development and training on client’s premises
  • Specialized courses
  • Seminars, conferences, symposiums and workshops

Training

Business Organizations do not concentrate on knowledge and experience sharing. This can only be possible by imparting training about different latest skill sets of the market like ISO, Kaizen, 5S, Productivity Enhancement Techniques, Time Management and Motivation Techniques, Office Management, Accountability, Auditing Techniques, etc. to executives. Therefore in this division, individuals from outside organizations are trained.

Training on Wheels

Executive Development Division also provides “Training on Wheels”. The trainers from Institute of Research and Development visit places like Chambers of Commerce Government Training Institutions, Corporations and other institutions to provide training on behalf of Executive Development Division.

Executive Development Division develops customized modules and conduct training on Client’s Premises. Executive Development Division develops customized modules according to the training needs of its clients.

Management Consultancy Division

Productivity in Pakistan is among the lowest in the world. Managerial problems are one of the toughest obstacles, which face our development programs. It is not the lack of financing, which holds back various social uplift schemes, rather it is the poor management experience and know how to put them into effect.
