Kashmir Conflict: Historical, Political & Legal Perspective

Law Society- UCP is conducting a seminar on “Kashmir Conflict: Historical, Political & Legal Perspective” to analyze the deep-rooted causes of the Kashmir conflict. The discussion will focus on how this conflict has resulted in the loss of lives and infrastructure on both sides of the border. The speakers will also view the current situation in the light of legal perspective, commenting on the violation of various Human Rights and what track of prosecution Pakistan can take. The honorable speakers for the session include: Mr. Usama Malik (Chairman International Legal Affairs Committee LHC Bar Association), Mr. Muneeb Qadir (Columnist THE NEWS) and Mr. Ali Sultan (Vice President Research Society of International Law, Pakistan).
