The main objectives of this course will be to give orientation of different types of test, its construction, validations and administration and to understand different norms validation and its application of different cultures.
Main course objectives include understanding of the basic principles of psychological measurement and the techniques of test construction, administration, and validation. Test rationale, construction, characteristics and the use of evaluation are emphasized. Understanding social and cultural factors related to the assessment and evaluation of individuals, groups and specific populations. This course will cover assessment of cognitive abilities, test for special population, personality assessment and industrial and organizational assessment.
