Dr. Khawaja Bilal Ahmed is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering of UCP. He holds a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from University of Nantes, France with the specialization in Sediment Transport in rivers and open channel flow. He is a Graduate of University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar in Civil Engineering. Dr. Khawaja has worked with some of the best laboratories and professionals of his field and has knowledge of the state-of-the-art sediment management in the reservoirs. He has published numerous research papers in National and impact factor international journals and presented papers in international conferences. He has held a series of positions in government and semi government organizations. Dr. Ahmed has also worked with the consultancy team of Pakistan Commissioner of Indus Waters on some key projects.
