Associate Professor

Dr Rizwana Bashir is currently working as Associate Professor and Editor of UCP Management Review at UCP Business School. She gathered commendable international teaching and research experience as Post-Doctoral Fellow at Faculty of Business & Management, AIMST University, Malaysia. Also, privileged to teach students from University of Kanagawa, Japan. She has done PhD in the area of Economics and Finance, Masters in Economics and Finance from University of Karachi and Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Peshawar.

Her journey of professional development comprises various job functions involving the skills like research, supervision, teaching and program management. She has remained Head of Management Science Department at Bahria University Lahore Campus and run BBA, MBA and MS Project Management successfully. As editor to internationally indexed, HEC recognized (Y Category), Global Management Journal for Academic & Corporate Studies (GMJACS), she has been leading the editorial team and performing the final responsibility for all publication related operations and policies for four years. She has published/presented her research at prestigious national/international forums. She has served as session chair in national and international conferences. She has more than 17 years professional experience of teaching and supervising graduate and post graduate levels at various reputed national & international institutions including AIMST University Malaysia, Bahria University, Defence Authority College of Business Karachi, Federal University and University of Karachi.
