Before joining UCP in 2011, I have served at diversified managerial positions in various prestigious organizations including UMT, PIFD, Midas Pakistan, McDonalds, UK and have netted vast academic and corporate experience with my contribution in integrated areas of Human Resource Management and Business Administration throughout. I have been teaching different courses in my academic career in management sciences domain. My research areas are Strategic Management and Knowledge Management.

To oversee the design and development of the overall curricula, and develop and deliver a range of programs of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.

That was conducted at Govt. level by using the platform of AEDB at Karachi Exp Center in December 2008. It was arranged at international level to create the interest of foreign investors in Energy sector.

  • Team Building:

I was promoted as Area sales manager and assigned the task to develop a sales team for the promotion and sales of different banks credit card in the area of Manchester city UK.

  • Store running Manager:

Three promotions and 5 increments in 1-1/2 years.

  • Establishment of Distribution centers:

During my first job, we successfully established 3 main points of sales that includes visiting, negotiating, and selecting the points (feasibility report).
