Engr. Muhammad Arshad has 38 years’ experience as professional engineer in Pakistan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He received his B.Sc. (CIVIL) from UET, LAHORE in 1980 and Master of Civil Engineering from MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY, USA in 1986. He earned Master of Architecture from UET, LAHORE in 2009. He served WAPDA for 29 years as designer, Dam safety engineer and managing the estimation and preparation of tender documents for different infrastructures. He dealt building structure, hydraulic structure, bridges, Dams, overhead and underground water tanks and all kind of infrastructures related to transmission lines. He was civil engineer in KSA and worked with the consultant on Riyadh-Dammam expressway. During his career he work as a private structural designer for different industries like Berger Pakistan, Sialkot international Airport and many industries at Sialkot. For the last three years he has been working as Assistant professor in Civil Engineering department. He is also working for student internship.
