Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from University of Science and technology China, a well renowned among the top 100 universities across the world. Research focused on quantum transport and electronic properties of 2D-materials by employing computational techniques based on Non-Equilibrium Green’s Function (NEGF) and currently engaged with 2D materials devices investigations through density functional theory. Earlier, graduated from department of electronics, Quaid-i-Azam university Islamabad. During the research career, five journal articles including in Physical Review B and Nanotechnology have been written. Currently, associated with University of Central Punjab Lahore as Assistant professor in department of Physics.
