HR Meet-up Financial Sector

Held on July 12, 2018

The Career Services Office organized a meet-up with HR Heads from the financial sector on July 12, 2018.
Participating companies were:

1. FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd.
2. Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority – SMEDA
3. First Women Bank Ltd.
4. Soneri Bank
5. The Bank of Punjab
6. Al-Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd.

Company representatives had detailed discussion with the Deans and faculty of school of business regarding prospects of future collaborations related to current and future job openings, curriculum design, assistance of students in their projects and joint research opportunities. The participants agreed to take the suggestions and action plan to the next level.

The Career Services Office at the University of Central Punjab organized a meet-up of HR Heads from the engineering sector on July 17, 2018.Participating companies were:

Networking Session Engineering Sector

The Career Services Office organized a Networking Session on July 17, 2018 where HR teams of prospective engineering companies interacted with engineering students graduating in July, 2018.
Participating companies were:

4. Pak Elektron Limited
5. Al-Moiz Industries
6. Premier Energy

This interaction helped the students to discuss with the company representatives about the job prospects at their respective organizations and to seek guidance regarding their career path, industry trends and to understand process related to recruitment.

The Career Services Office at UCP organized a Networking Session on July 20, 2018 where HR teams of key financial institutes interacted with business students, graduating in July, 2018.
