UCP Psychology Society in collaboration with UCP Psychology Department organized a Well Being Camp. The purpose of the camp was to provide a platform to university’s students for learning and getting awareness about the significance of sound mental health in their personal and professional lives.

Dr. Fehmida Sultana, Dean FASS, along with Dr. Shazia Hassan, Head of Psychology Department, inaugurated the Well Being Camp. Students of MS. Clinical Psychology conducted different psychological tests on students using different scales including emotional quotient, intelligence, aggression, self-compassion, anxiety, depression, behavioral addiction, stress and self-efficacy etc. The results of those tests were immediately shared with the students to make them aware and learn about their mental health.

Dr. Muhammad Zafarullah, Pro-Rector UCP and Mr. TahirAshfaq, Director Student Affairs also visited the Well Being Camp and appreciated the work of students. The event served its cause by increasing the understanding of sound mental health among teachers and students.
