The event included a Seminar on the theme of “DEALING WITH CHILDHOOD ANXIETY” by Dr. Amna Butt, a Clinical psychologist from BNU. It was an interactive session in which audience views and perspectives about the topic were also discussed. Different ways of coping with mental health issues and Dos & Don’ts were the center of discussion.
The guest speaker also discussed the reason for increasing mental health issues in society.
The seminar was followed by an awareness activity by setting up a booth and distributing attractive reading material related to the common mental health issues and how to deal with them.
