B. Sc. Mechanical Engineering

The B.SC Mechanical Engineering is a program that is best fit for people whose strengths lie in math and science with interests in materials, robotics, design, high-performance machinery, manufacturing and mechanical operations. Outline

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering spans over 4 years with a total of 8 semesters, each of 18 weeks’ duration. Total numbers of courses to be studied during each degree program is 41-42 Program Requirements for BS (ME) Total Credits Hours: 134 for BS (CGPA Requirement for Degree: 2.00 or more). The minimum duration of B.Sc., ME program is 4 years and the maximum duration is 7 years.

Admission Criteria

F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering)/ A Level* (Math, Physics & Chemistry) with at least 60% marks or Diploma in Associate Mechanical Engineering.

Note*: A-Level students will have to submit equivalence certificate issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad.
